Realdania By & Byg owns and conserves a collection of historic buildings that represents the evolution of the Danish building heritage over 500 years.
By & Byg also develops innovative and experimental buildings, and is involved in long-term urban development projects in partnership with municipalities, which contribute to the development and quality of Danish towns.
The aim is to inspire homeowners, municipalities and private developers to undertake sustainable development of the built environment. At the same time, our philanthropic investments generate revenue that we can use for further investments.
